Infringement

Infringer
The party which uses a trademark which is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark owned by another party, in relation to products or services which are identical or similar to the products or services which the registration covers.

Initial Term
The first contracted period for which a licensor grants the licensee the rights to the use of its licensed property.

Intangible Asset
An asset which does not have a face value and cannot be physically touched, such as a brand, patent, trademark or franchise.
